Why use my Realtor services to buy a new construction home in the Orlando area of Central Florida?
At closing, I will contribute $2,500 of my commission towards the cost of your new construction home purchase in the Orlando area of Central Florida (Orange, Seminole & Osceola counties).
As a Florida seller, the new home builder pays all the real estate commissions. The new home builder will not give you a price reduction if you don’t use a Realtor. You pay the same price whether or not you use a Realtor.
If you go it alone without a Realtor, the builder keeps any commissions they save. The builder has a Realtor representing them. Why not use a Realtor to represent you and be your advocate?
As a Realtor with a Certified New Home Co-Broker designation, I will help you navigate the process of purchasing a new construction home in Central Florida and make sure the important questions get asked.
In order to get this $2,500 commission rebate, I must be registered as your Realtor the first time you visit the builder. Some builders allow you to visit the model homes without me and just provide my name; however, some require me to be present. Please contact me before you visit the home builder so that you don’t leave $2,500 on the table.
Should you need to sell your former home, I can help you with that as well. I will provide you full service and list your home for 4.5% commission instead of the normal 6%.
